Project Overview
Looking to establish a cohesive identity between the printed and digital components of this project, Clay Pot Creative would map
out the full scope of the project by engaging with PFA stakeholders to ensure that your vision, deadlines, and budget were kept.
Strategic Planning: Coordinating with your team, the members of your Clay Pot Creative deployment would meet with you to
engage on specific project goals and details, including learning of any past challenges and successes, detailing the vision and
theme of the reports, and to begin preliminary discussions on success plans. This will also include the development of project
timelines, including scheduling time for design reviews, video shoots, and ongoing strategy discussions.
Printed Report Design: With the vision of the reports in hand, Clay Pot Creative will begin the work on layout, custom graphic
development, and any requisite content editing and development. While framed within the scope of the printed report, these
design features will be purposefully created for online use as well to maximize effectiveness and brand integrity.
Video: Through engagement with the PFA Public Affairs and Communication Manager, reviewing existing video assets, and now
realized graphics established during the printed report design process, a storyboard mapping out the vision of the video will
begin. This approximate 2 minute video will ultimately include video shooting, editing, interviews, audio, production of graphics,
and final file creation to be utilized on the website.
Website Design and Development: Harnessing the insights and visuals gained throughout the scope of the project to date, Clay
Pot Creative will design the user friendly, responsive website design. This will include interactive features such as charts, graphs,
custom design features and priority placement of high level talking points to maximize readability. Analytics tracking will be
included to monitor interaction with the website to help guide future design features and enhancement opportunities.
Located just a few short blocks from the Poudre Fire Authority’s headquarters, meetings and ongoing discussions will be a staple
of this project. With a scheduled completion date of May 25, 2018, Clay Pot Creative would place benchmarks on each stage of
the project to guarantee the successful delivery of each element, including print times, redundancy video scheduling, unforeseen
design edits, and more. By meeting and surpassing the May deadlines, we are confident the June presentation to the Fort Collins
City Council is achievable.
