Pricing Notes and Assumptions
All Pricing Should Be Considered Proprietary and Confidential to Honeywell.
Honeywell submits this proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the legal response of its submission.
Pricing is valid for 180 days subject to increases for (a) foreign exchange variation, (b) increased cost of third party content and
materials, (c) periodic price increase of Products and Services, (d) impact of government tariffs, (e) increases in costs of industrial
metals as published by the London Metal Exchange (https://www.lme.com), (f) relevant Purchasers Price Index (PPI) increases for
Products, and (e) fees for Services may be adjusted by the greater of four percent (4%) annually, or the percentage change in the
U.S. Department of Labor Consumer Price Index (CPI).
Sales Tax: Pricing for proposed hardware, software, and services does not include sales tax.
INCOTERMS: Hardware pricing is FOB Origin, freight prepaid. FOB Destination, freight prepaid is available at a 2% adder.
Program Delivery Services:
-- Pricing for Honeywell Project Delivery Services assumes 6 days customer engagement period.
-- Services not defined by a mutually agreed Project Plan or Statement of Work (SOW) will be billed on a Time and Materials
basis.
-- Overruns due to delays or issues caused by utility will be billed on a Time & Materials basis.
Travel: Honeywell Travel and Living Expenses are estimated. Customer will be invoiced for actual expenses + 10%.
System Maintenance:
-- Pricing for system maintenance is estimated. Please see the Honeywell System Maintenance Agreement (SMA) for details.
-- Annual License Fee Renewal calculated as 20% of Connexo software platform LIST PRICE.
