D.J.’s oers quality products with quality printing or embroidery at very competitive prices and fast turn- around. We also oer quality printing and embroidery on customer supplied products and no order is too large or too small. We have had the same production manager and art/sales department for the 30 years we have been in business. We are fully automated and the management and sta are very knowledgeable in the process of printing or embroidery, as well as, the products and what looks good. However, we do have a long time relationship with the distributor of the products. We have been doing business with the suppliers for 30+ years. We have a great relationship with distributor that if we have any problem with the product or order received they make it right immediately. They have several warehouses in many dierent locations that we are able to ll large orders within a few days. D.J.’s is solely family owned and operated and take pride in providing quality garments with quality prints and embroidery. Everything is counted and checked when received, it is then counted and inspected again before production. After production it is inspected and counted again, and then once again when it is packaged for delivery. Every box is clearly marked and organized as to what each box contains. During the inspections, if we nd anything wrong with the product or logo we replace it immediately, if you order 100 pieces, you receive 100 pieces. Once customer receives the product and they nd anything wrong with any of the garments, we do not hesitate to make it right and replace it. We pride ourself in providing quality products. Once the bid is awarded we request artwork for all products. Along with requesting the artwork we require color and size specications for each garment. The artwork is then processed and a proof of layout on each garment with color matching is provided to the customer. 2. After artwork and layout is approved by the customer the artwork is put on screens or digitized for production. 3. Once order is placed an invoice is prepared and emailed to customer for approval. Once invoice is approved the goods are ordered. 4. Products usually take 2-4 business days to be received by D.J.’s. Once received production begins within 1-2 days. 5. Upon completion of order customer is emailed that order is completed and a delivery date and time is setup. 6. Order is delivered to customer within 2-3 weeks after order is placed and approved. AVAILABILITY/LEAD TIME: Once the order is received it takes 2-3 weeks to be delivered. We usually turn it around within the 2 weeks but like to add the 3rd week in case there are shortages in products. We have such a wide variety of ware- houses in which we get products from that we usually don’t have that issue.
