SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
Description of RFP 8593: Exercise Wear for PFA
OPENING DATE: 3:00 PM (Our Clock) September 15, 2017
To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above,
the following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following sections of this
addendum:
1. The Opening Date has been changed to September 15, 2017 at 3:00 PM (our
clock).
2. Revision to the Specifications
Item #3 – Cotton/Poly Sweat Pants originally specified Under Armor pants. This product
has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Please provide a recommended alternative
product which meets the following criteria:
1. Cotton/Poly Sweat Pants
Cotton/poly sweat pants at least 80/20, 4 color logo screen print on left leg (see
image below).
