Descriptionofrequirement/issue:
Fort Collins has requested a resource to assist with business analysis tasks, including the data clean-up process for Utilities.
Since several of the project team’s resources are staying to complete the Broadband launch with the remaining product
offers, there is a need for someone to assist in the data clean-up activities.
Descriptionoftheactionstofollow:
This resource will assist in the data clean-up and reconciliation processes needed prior to conversion for the City of Fort
Collins. This resource’s expenses (hours) are outside of the current project expenses and will be completely covered by
Fort Collins. Any travel that is incurred will be covered by the current project travel budget.

This resource will assist in the data clean-up and reconciliation processes needed prior to conversion for the City of Fort
Collins.
