Re: COFC Op Service Ramp Replacement

• Saw, demo and remove existing concrete ramp and metal handrail
• Haul debris away and recycle as applicable
• Excavate as needed, set and pour (1) footer pad up to 6’ X 4’ X 1’ with rebar #4 12” On Center, East
and West
• Clean up and haul away debris
• Patch and cut (2) existing footer walls as applicable
TOTAL = $2,800.00
Workscope
• Saw, demo and remove areas
• Set-up, grade and compact areas
• Drill and dowel as applicable
• Supply and pour 4000# concrete with fibermesh
• Cleanup
Payment is due within two days after Completion
*Please note that if adverse weather conditions are present, concrete will need to be covered and could cause mottling
effect to the surface (discoloration), but does not hurt the integrity of the concrete.
Workscope is completed following standards from local governments, engineers and work experience.
Fall/Slope determined by work experience, industry schooling and prewritten recommendations from engineer.
Changes to determined slope/fall shall be in writing and owner will then assume any/all liability.
Concrete being removed is based on 4” thickness, greater thickness will incur additional costs. $1/sq ft per 1” of depth
Concrete being removed with wire mesh or rebar will incur additional costs of $500.00
No landscaping or utility work included, not liable for personal unmarked utilities (i.e. sprinklers)
Winter Coverings not included unless noted in bid description
Due to Colorado soils and weather conditions no warranty is expressed or implied.
ABC Concrete is not liable for ice melt or water damage.
Any changes need to be in writing and could incur additional fees.
Acceptance of proposal constitutes a contract for work stated above.
Bid good for 30 days.
