In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement (Effective Date of February 8,
2019) between the City of Fort Collins, Colorado and Telvent USA LLC, both Parties now wish
to modify the Scope of Work under Task Order #02 as follows:
Increase TO2 item 3. Not to Exceed amount from $30,000.00, inclusive of travel and expenses
to $35,000.00, inclusive of travel and expenses. The project T&M consulting support is reaching
the maximum value and new value needs to be approved by the City of Fort Collins Utilities
Department.
