Engineering stated the pond is not in compliance with Senate Bill 15-212. The County requested a detention pond be created to capture the new impervious area associated with the burn prop. The pond will most likely be located north of the existing retention pond or adjacent to the proposed burn prop as determined by additional survey that was obtained under separate contract. It is anticipated that the new pond will be temporary in nature until the existing retention pond can be altered to meet State requirements. This service was not in our original scope of-services and pursuant to our proposal letter dated 4-16-19, we request an adjustment in our contract amount as enumerated in the proposed fees below. Proposed Fees Belford Watkins Group, LLC requests our agreement with PFA be modified to add additional fees as follows: • Temporary Detention Pond re-design (Engineering) $ 6,100 Total (not to exceed) $ 6,100 Respectfully Submitted, Don Watkins, Managing Member Belford Watkins Group, Architects Belford Watkins Group Architects ARCHITECTURE INTERIORS PLANNING 425 West Mulberry, Suite 207 Fort Collins, CO 80521 (970) 407-0070 www.bwgarch.com
