RE: Contract Renewal, Crane Services - Sterling Crane
Dear Ms. Cook:
The City of Fort Collins wishes to extend the agreement term for the above captioned proposal
per the existing terms and conditions and the following:
1) The term will be extended for one (1) additional year, September 30, 2019 through
September 29, 2020.
2) Revised contract rates and pricing as attached, effective September 30, 2019
through September 29, 2020.
If the renewal is acceptable to your firm, please sign this letter in the space provided and
include a current copy of insurance certificate naming the City as an additional insured
for General and Automotive Liability within the next fifteen (15) days.
If this extension is not agreeable with your firm, we ask that you send us a written notice stating
that you do not wish to renew the contract and state the reason for non-renewal.

Please Note:
* Overload permits, Pilot Cars, Traffic Control, Hauling of Booms, Jibs, etc. and other
necessary services will be charged when not provided by customer.
Cranes working beyond normal business hours (7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) Monday through Friday,
or any time during weekends and holidays, may be subject to the stated overtime premium to
cover additional operator expenses. Where cranes are working four consecutive ten-hour shifts
(Monday through Friday), overtime shall apply only to hours in excess of ten hours per day.
Mobilization/Demobilization
Transportation of equipment is based on normal road conditions and permit approval from all
jurisdictions involved in shipment. If road restrictions are in effect or permit complications occur,
prices are subject to change.
Travel time for roadable cranes will be charged at the applicable hourly rate to and from each job
site. Permit and overtime expenses may also apply.
