HomeMy WebLinkAboutWORK ORDER - RFP - 8777 GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM EDITING TOOLS AND GRAPHIC WORK DESIGN SOLUTION (2)Professional Services Agreement Task Order 2 In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement (Effective Date of February 8, 2019) between City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a municipal corporation (Client) and Telvent USA, LLC (Contractor), this Task Order authorizes delivery of the Services described and in accordance with the terms, schedule, and start/end date(s) specified below. 1. Scope of Work: See attached scope entitled, “Consulting Services.” 2. Contract Type (FFP or T&M): Time & Materials. 3. Total Task Order Value: $20,000.00, inclusive of travel and expenses. 4. Delivery Schedule or Start/End Date(s) for Each Deliverable: See attached scope of work. 5. Special Considerations: Contractor’s compensation for performance shall be based on time and materials incurred by the Contractor to perform the services. Article 5 of the Agreement, Acceptance, shall not apply. Contractor will be working at the direction of Client. Contractor shall be compensated for hours completed. Contractor shall prepare in writing, and submit to Client in writing, monthly invoices showing requested compensation for hours completed and associated expenses. Client shall make a payment to Contractor for the allowable costs invoiced no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of each invoice by Client. Client agrees to notify Contractor within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of invoice if preliminary acceptance for payment has not been authorized. 6. Prospect Rd., Suite 130; Fort Collins, CO 80525 PROPOSAL FOR CONSULTING SERVICES 5/23/2019 Page 2 Introduction Schneider Electric Engagement Summary Schneider Electric proposes that City of Fort Collins (City), contract with Schneider Electric professional services under a time and material agreement to provide support for the ArcFM Fiber Manager implementation and operation at the City. Proposed Services The following topics proposed have been requested by City to be included under this time and materials engagement. The Schneider Electric and City project managers will coordinate work activities for the tasks, review, and validate the time and effort required for each task and confirm if they can be completed under the agreement not- to-exceed value. Recommended consulting topics: • Fiber Manager configuration support • Stored Display setup assistance • Fiber Manager report configuration assistance • Process Framework Implementation and/or configuration support • Fiber Manager business process documentation assistance • Job aid reference development (documentation) • Onsite Technical Support • Onsite ad-hoc Training Assumptions • There is no custom development or non-standard configuration included in this scope of work. • City shall provide all required facilities and equipment for on-site meetings and will ensure participation of proper representatives for scheduled project meetings and/or events. • IT and RDBMS issues such as system access and network traffic will be dealt with by City IT or support personnel. • City and Schneider Electric team members shall answer questions; provide information, decisions promptly following agreed-to schedules and timelines. PROPOSAL FOR CONSULTING SERVICES 5/23/2019 Page 3 Technical consultation will be provided during normal operating hours: 8AM to 5PM MST, Monday through Friday, and no longer than eight (8) hours per day. Schneider Electric requires a minimum of one (1) business day notice for any onsite meetings required. Resource assignment, constraints, and invoicing will be coordinated between the City and Schneider Electric Project Managers. Terms and Price The proposed services will be as authorized by City and will commence upon the execution of this document. The services will be performed under a Time & Materials agreement at the direction of City, allowing for Schneider Electric to bill City for work performed and any expenses associated with the work. There are no specific deliverables or formal acceptance. Schneider Electric’s services shall be billed per the rates in the table below. Schneider Electric shall invoice City with payment due 30 days after receipt of invoice. All prices are based on Schneider Electric standards for services, and do not include taxes. This proposal will expire after six (6) months after signature unless terminated earlier. The total not-to-exceed value of this proposal is USD $20,000 inclusive of travel and expenses.
