On page 4 of 32, 3.0 scope of work, the first scope is Scheduled Maintenance. I do not see a section for “Preventative Maintenance” on the scope of work. However it is listed on 4.0 Pricing section. Can you please define Preventative Maintenance requirements to include visit frequency that is required for the monthly preventative maintenance? Section 4.0 includes pricing for “normal maintenance”. This includes both Preventative and Scheduled Maintenance – Labor only. Please describe your normal maintenance program. This will be considered as part of the evaluation process. 2. In section 2.0, Contractor qualifications, a. states “technician must be a licensed electrician”. Because CNG maintenance and electrician are two different trades, this will be extremely difficult to meet the criteria. Is it acceptable for the service provider to have a licensed electrical sub-contractor that we have pre-qualified, and available for emergency callout 24/7 in lieu of an employed electrician for high voltage repairs/issues? Sub-contractors who are licensed electricians are acceptable in lieu of in-house staff.
