Fabrictae and install QTY: 1 sets of metal stairs with railings.
Stairs to consist of C-channel stringers and bar grating treads
and landings. Railings to consist of 1-1/2X1-1/2" square tube
frames, 3/4X3/4" square tube balusters, and 1-1/2" diameter
round tube handrails. Stairs to be anchored to concrete,
railings to be welded to stringers. REV2 takes away powder
coating and adds galvinization instead. Change order
reflects dimensional changes sent by Santosh on 3/22. REV1
change order deducts gate and adds railing beneath the

water piping underneath trailer. Pricing specifically excludes; frost and / or freeze protection since this device
is unable to be insulated. Test and certify installation of RPBP device to local authority.
