Scope of work Cc: file George Latour Page 2 of 4 Exhibit A Transfort Infrastructure Assessment and Project Management Scope of Services Project Understanding Transfort owns and operates its transit service operations out of three primary facilities within the City of Fort Collins. The southern maintenance and operations hub is the Transfort Maintenance Facility (TMF). The new southern transfer facility built as part of MAX is the South Transit Center (STC). The northern terminus of MAX and northern transfer facility is the Downtown Transit Center. Each of these facilities has been constructed over the last 20-30 years and are in need of varying degrees of infrastructure maintenance. This scope of services is meant to assess infrastructure condition and provide a recommended maintenance plan for the 2019 construction season. Phase: Infrastructure Assessment • We will inspect each facility (STC, DTC, TMF) and develop a recommended work plan for 2019 based on the condition of the existing infrastructure and the Transfort Infrastructure Assessment Maintenance Plan dated February 2, 2016. The 2019 plan will be phased such that it matches existing funding streams for this purpose. • We will inspect and estimate the project or project parts and develop a construction scope of work for each facility for 2019. • We will develop a recommended plan of action for 2019 and present the plan to Transfort for review and approval. • Once we have concurrence with the 2019 project plan, we will develop contract bidding documents for all three facilities. Deliverables • Deliverables will include: all project documentation developed during the course of the infrastructure assessment phase; and contract document preparation phase. All project documentation will also be provided electronically on an external drive.
