AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND ARCHITECTURE WEST LLC.
Project Title: Grandview Cemetery – New mausoleum
Commencement Date: January, 2019
Architect - Architecture West LLC; Assist with Project Team Coordination for Construction
Administration (CA) for the proposed City mausoleum.
Coordinate site development improvements for new concrete construction of crypts/niche
structure, new roof coating membrane and other related site flatwork, grading.
Granite finish work, installation by sub-contractor
Site finish landscape work to be completed by City Staff.
Site Planning & Construction Documents were previously completed under separate agreement.
SCOPE of WORK
