In the event of a conflict between or ambiguity in the terms of the Master Agreement and this Work Order (including the attached forms) the Master Agreement shall control. We used the testing quantities and plans that were provided in preparation of our proposal. We understand that the city will use our estimate for the basis of establishing a budget for the project and to issue a purchase order for our services. Our estimated scope of services and associated fees were prepared according to the terms and conditions of our professional services agreement with the City of Fort Collins and are presented below. Soil Compaction Testing: Compaction testing for road subgrade, sidewalk subgrade, curb subgrade, and aggregate base course will be necessary. We estimate 24 site visits will be necessary. Soil Compaction Testing 24 days x 2 hrs/day x $70/hr $3,360.00 Proctor Test 3 tests x $100/test $300.00 Gradation Test 3 tests x $50/test $150.00 Atterberg Limits Test 3 tests x $70/test $210.00 Subtotal: $4,020.00 Asphalt Testing: Asphalt testing on will be necessary. We estimate 2 full days of paving will be necessary. AC/Gradation Test 6 tests x $170/test $1,020.00 Max Theoretical Density Test 6 tests x $90/test $540.00 Asphalt Testing 2 days x 8 hrs/day x $70/hr $1,120.00 Subtotal: $2,680.00 CITY OF FORT COLLINS SUNIGA ROAD IMPROVEMENTS CTL | T FEE ESTIMATE NO. FC-19-0089 2 Concrete Testing: Concrete testing will be required for the sidewalks, curb, pavement, crosswalk, driveways, and medians. We estimate 22 tests will be required. Concrete Tests 22 tests x $180/test $3,960.00 Subtotal: $3,960.00 TOTAL ESTIMATED FEE: $10,660.00 It should be emphasized that this estimate is based upon assumptions of actual quantities and contractor’s schedule. The fee will be charged only for the actual hours and unit rates presented for tests and observations requested by the owner, contractor or subcontractors who schedule the services.
