EXHIBIT 1 – QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. What is the correct PO Box number for the Insurance Certificate?
The correct PO Box for the City of Fort Collins is PO Box 580.
2. What needs to be included in the highlighted space on Page 15, Section 8, Sub a?
In this highlighted section, the two highlighted lines are for putting the number of
pages in words, then as a number, that are submitted as a part of Exhibit B. Unless
additional pages are submitted in addition to the ones provided, please insert “two
(2)” into the highlighted fields.
3. Can one or two items be bid, or must all items be bid?
Contractors may bid as many or few items as selected.
