WR&T Work Order #13 Change Order #2 Comments Here:
Due to the high demand put on the City of Fort Collins Water Production, Water Reclamation facilities,
Water Quality Services, and ICE Team throughout the year WR&T staff must balance time between their
primary duties of maintaining facilities and laboratories while continuing to improve the WR&T Maximo
implementation. With this high demand on WR&T staff they, from time to time, need to rely on support
from vendors or consultants to help them continue improving their Maximo implementation which
requires an extended work order completion date.
WR&T Work Order #13, Change Order #2 Objective:
Water Resources & Treatment staff together with consultant support will continue to improve the WR&T
2013 Maximo implementation by developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI), reports, configuration
and re-development of Maximo queries which shall include re-configuration of User Start Centers.
Measuring progress for this scope objective will be done through regularly scheduled bi-weekly
Production Support meetings between consultant and WR&T staff.
