AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND ARCHITECTURE WEST LLC.
Project Title: Nix Farm
Modular office remodel, tenant finish, construction administration
Commencement Date: November, 2018
Architect - Architecture West LLC; Assist with Project Team Coordination for tenant finish,
handicap lift and interior structural modifications for the remodeled Nix Farm modular offices.
Construction Administration, tenant finish construction documents for an existing modular
residence to Office.
Interior finish selections by others.
Mechanical and plumbing design-build by others, sub-contractor.
Site planning approvals were provided under a separate agreement, no site lighting,
landscaping, civil design is included in this work.
SCOPE of WORK
Construction Documents and Construction Administration;
(Hourly rates; Principal/Architect $105., Assoc. Architect $90., CADD Tech. $65., Admin. $50.)
Tenant Finish CD’s - (invoiced prior)
CA - (24-36 h. est.) - $ 3,780.
(Shop drawing reviews, meetings/site visits, coord. design/construction team)
Sub-total__________________________________ $ 3,780.
Additional Provided Consultants
Structural Engineering; CTL Thompson ________ $ 800.
Electrical Engineering; Electricon _____________ -0-

EXCLUSIONS -
Soils, Survey or Civil Engineering, traffic engineering, landscape design, public meetings, energy analysis/modeling,
commissioning, PV analysis, health department or State (modular) requirements (by others), Art in Public Places, ADA
Accessibility reviews, environmental assessment/report, hazardous materials impact analysis or others, not
specifically noted above.
