Our Basic Level support is at no extra cost if only needing assistance for basic troubleshooting. Prices are based on the level of support and software package size. Schneider Electric priority support pricing plan Support contracts are associated with software platforms. The Unity™ plan is based on our flagship software. The Transition plan is based on Concept™, PW32™ and PL7™.** The Legacy™ plan is for products no longer serviced. (there is no extra charge for Vijeo™ Designer or Advantys™ if Unity Pro or transitional software are under support). **Other software packages such as Connexium, Sycon & OFS will be managed in our Transition plan. For customers with multiple sites, please contact us for quote and information on our Enterprise Agreement package.
