**Note: We estimate travel and per diem for data collection team at GSA standard rates. Travel and per diem
estimate includes MOB of the system and onsite lodging for the inspection team (Est. 2 persons for 20 days).
***Note: At the City’s request, we have included an additional contingency fee for additional meetings, additional
data collection and processing, and extra services that may be requested. Contingency funds will not be used unless
directed by the City of Fort Collins’ Project Manager. Use of Contingency will only be used for actual
Reimbursable Expenses incurred.
Assumptions + Alternative Recommendations:
In our estimate, we have assumed collecting 810 lane miles of pavement data, and processing 100% of the
data using automated tools to determine IRI, RN, and rutting information. For a network level pavement
condition survey, this means evaluating 100% of the surveyed miles with automated distress detection and
a manual review of the data for calculating network level PCI values. The PCI values are then calculated
at the network level per ASTM D6433 network level guidelines, which are provided only a reference and
are customizable to meet an agency’s needs.
Meeting Rates
2. Onsite meetings with both Project Manager and QA Engineer: Same rate as above + travel
expenses (est. $430 + $750 = $1,180)
1. Meetings with onsite QC/QA Engineer + Project Manager via phone (2 hours): $430/meeting
