Lync/Skype, Mitel, Unify, Hosted, etc.) at any time during your maintenance period.
Updated version of Microcall software, including new reports / features /
enhancements / area-exchange codes.
Cradle-Grave Reporting (includes SBC/CUBE legs if collecting SBC/CUBE data).
Optional CUBE and SBC reporting (requires additional license).
Free System Audit to analyze current Microcall configuration and offer suggestions
for best practices.
Analyze existing PRI’s to determine SIP requirements.
Determine Max Concurrent Calls per SIP trunk.
One year access to Help Desk for Technical Support and trouble-shooting assistance,
training other managers, Webinars, etc.
Additional CDR Fields included in reports.
New Time-Based Reports menu (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.).
