City of Fort Collins - SouthRidge Golf Course
(Vertical Turbine Pump Rebuilds)
Scope of work: Remove all four pumps from site in Ft Collins. Transport
them to Ramey shop for teardown and inspection.
Teardown the pumps and check for excessive wear. If pumps are out of
tolerance customer will be informed. Replace the following components
within the pumps: SS Collets, SS Shafting, SS Lineshaft Couplings,
Bronze Bushings, SS Basket Strainers, SS Hardware, Bronze Sand Collar,
SS Motor Shaft and Bronze Motor Shaft Nut with Key.
Pumps will be sandblasted and Epoxy Based Paint will be applied to the
entire wet end of the pump before reinstalling.
Metron Pump Station will be tuned through the PLC and the entire system
will be test ran for quality assurance. We will come back in the spring for
startup.

Wash and Bake all four Motors. Replace Upper Thrust Bearings and lower
Guide Bearings in each of the four Motors. Fully assemble and test run
motors at shop.
