What percentage of the cited budget (page 3) is likely to be reserved for other activities and reserve/contingency funds? Approximately 10% or $140,000 of the budget is likely to be reserved for City led outreach activities, the community values survey, and reserve. 2. Please clarify if “2017” in the budget discussion on Page 3 refers to FY 2017 or CY 2017? The City of Fort Collins fiscal year corresponds to the January-December calendar year, and the limit for invoicing and disbursement through the end of 2017 is up to $550,000. 3. When will the community values survey and transit-specific survey discussed on Page 11 likely be conducted, and when will the results be available? It is anticipated the community values survey will be conducted in the summer or early fall of 2017, with input on specific timing and content desired from the selected consultant. Results will be available approximately 6-8 weeks after the survey is released. The transit-specific information is currently available and comes from data collected over the entire Transfort system in 2015 and for the MAX Bus Rapid Transit and HORN routes in 2016. 4. Page 1 of the RFP states the due time/date of the proposals as “before 3:00 p.m. (our clock), February 17, 2017…” however page 3 of the RFP states the due time/date as “February 17, 2017 (5:00 pm).” Which is the preferred time for submittal? Please use the information on Page 1 of the RFP that references 3:00 pm (our clock) on February 17, 2017 as the proposal deadline. 5. Page 15 of the RFP states that “A maximum of 25 double sided pages, excluding resumes, team information, and representative work samples are allowed for this proposal.” Does 25 double sided pages mean that we are allotted 25 pages in total (excluding resumes, team information, and representative work samples), or are in fact allotted 50 pages which we are asked to submit in a double-sided format? 25 double-sided pages refers to 50 consecutively numbered pages total, excluding resumes, team information, and works samples. The proposal should be formatted for double-sided printing. 6. Please clarify if the Consultant can provide/host a separate project planning website which can link to the City or if the City prefers to manage their own website and planning project related pages with Consultant support. The City prefers to manage its own project website with consultant support. 7. Please clarify paragraph 1 on page 15 under RFP Submittal Requirements. It states that resumes, team information and representative work samples are not included in the page limit. Do you consider these items to be inclusive of Section 5, Team Profile, making that section an appendix not included in the page count? Please include team profile information and work samples as either Section 5 or labeled as an appendix. This information will not be counted towards the overall page count limit for proposal submissions.
