AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COLORADO AND THE SONORAN INSTITUTE
This Amendment #01 (“Amendment #01”) is entered into by and between the Sonoran Institute (the
“Professional”) and the City of Fort Collins, Colorado (the “City”).
WHEREAS, the Professional and the City have entered into an Agreement effective December 15,
2017 (the “Agreement”); and
WHEREAS, the parties acknowledge and agree the level of effort required to execute the scope of
services exceeded the Professional’s original proposal and hours stated in the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the parties agree the amount of compensation should be increased in consideration of
Professional’s additional level of effort;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals and the mutual promises herein
contained, the parties agree as follows:
1. Paragraph 5, Compensation is revised from $25,500 to $33,800.
The parties further agree, the Professional has completed all deliverables under the Agreement and the
revised compensation amount of $33,800 is the final total compensation payable by the City to the
Professional.
The Professional further acknowledges the City may wish to engage the services of Marjo Curgus to
perform similar work independently of the Professional and Professional herein consents to the City
working directly with Marjo Curgus.
Except as expressly amended by this Amendment #01, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement
shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the
Agreement and this Amendment #01, this Amendment #01 shall prevail.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment the day and year shown.
