SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
Description of RFP 8818: Encampment Site Abatement On-Call Services
OPENING DATE: 3:00 PM (Our Clock) November 9, 2018
To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above,
the following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed as follows:
1. The Opening Date has been extended to November 9, 2019 at 3:00 PM MST.
2. The Questions Deadline has been extended to November 1, 2018 at 5:00 PM MST.
2. The City’s target schedule for the RFP is revised as follows:
• RFP issuance: October 5, 2018
• Question deadline: 5:00 PM MST on November 1, 2018
• Proposal due date: 3:00 MST (our clock) November 9, 2018
• Interviews (tentative): Week of November 26, 2018
• Award of Contract (tentative): Early December 2018
• Contract Start Date: January 1, 2019
