How should the soil testing be conducted that is referenced in Section 8.1 Fertilization? Is every location required to be tested? A soil sample testing at Transfort Maintenance Facility, South Transit Center and Downtown Transit Center shall be conducted once in the Spring. Up to 6 samples will be taken throughout each site and locations will be determined collaboratively with City representatives.
