OPENING DATE: 3:00 PM (Our Clock) October 1, 2018
To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above,
the following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following sections of this
addendum:
Additional Information - Date Changes
• The Question deadline has been extended to September 12, 2018 at 4:00 PM.
• The Opening Date has changed to October 1, 2018 at 3:00 PM (our clock).
• The Notification of Shortlist has changed to October 12, 2018.
• Interviews/ Demonstrations will occur on October 25th, October 29th and
October 30th , 2018.
