This change order adds the extension of waterline installation from the DDA terminus point near Trimble
Court Alley to Mountain Ave. This work is being paid for by the City of Fort Collins Utilities as part of the Old
Town Square Renovation.

This change order includes installation of 12" C900 waterline, fittings, thrust blocks, service connections,
hydrant installation, valve installation, backfill and testing according to the approved utility plans attached
hereto.
