Description of RFP 8065 : Irrigation Pump Station Maintenance & Repair
OPENING DATE: 3:00 PM (Our Clock) February 27, 2015
To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above,
the following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed as follows:
1. This is a one year agreement, and at the option of the City, the Agreement may be
extended for additional one year periods not to exceed four (4) additional one year
periods.

RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY A WRITTEN STATEMENT
