Can the City describe the types of equipment for which it currently holds air pollution permits and/or has filed an Air Pollution Emissions Notice (APEN)? A1. The City holds APENs on a variety of stationary sources, including generators, gas- fired boilers, crushing/screening equipment, and fuel dispensing facilities. Q2. Can the city describe its equipment for which a Risk Management Plan (RMP) has been completed under the Clean Air Act? A2. The City’s RMPs are associated with chlorine and sulfur dioxide systems used for disinfection processes. Q3. The City has stated that not all service categories have to be addressed in our proposal response. In Section III.C.3, the City has outlined two sample work assignments that the contractor should address in its proposal response. However, if the contractor elects to submit a proposal for service categories which are unrelated to the sample work assignments, what should the contractor include for this section of the proposal? A3. The City will accept sample work assignment proposals other than the two outlined in Section III.C.3 if the contractor does not have expertise for those specific examples.
