Interwest will work with your department to create a conceptual level plan for sidewalks and pedestrian
connections from the Eaton Canal (Larimer and Weld Canal) to SH 1 on either or both sides of College Avenue.
The purpose of the exercise is to discuss the project with impacted owners, the ditch company, Larimer County,
and CDOT.
Scope of Services
Sidewalk Conceptual Design — Interwest will prepare conceptual level plan and grading design of the project.
The base map will utilize GIS information as well as old survey from the College and Willox project. This will
include the plan and grading of walks on either side of College from the ditch to SH 1.
Estbnated Fce: $5,000
Assumptions —
I. Interwest will have no subconsultants on this project. Surveying, utility locating and potholing (if
necessary), will be provided by others
2. Drainage calculations, if required, will be prepared by the City.
3. Specifications and bid documents will not be required.
4. Interwest will not provide CM or CA services.
