The term will be extended for one (1) additional year, June 1, 2015 through May 31, 2016. 2. The monthly cleaning fee for power washing of the site granted will be waived for December 2015, January 2016 and February 2016. If the renewal is acceptable to your firm, please sign this letter in the space provided and attach a current copy of insurance naming the City as an additional insured for General and Automotive Liability, within the next fifteen days. If this extension is not agreeable with your firm, we ask that you send us a written notice stating that you do not wish to renew the contract and state the reason for non-renewal. With respect to the insurance afforded to these Additional Insureds, the following is added to SECTION III – LIMITS OF INSURANCE: If coverage provided to the Additional Insured is required by a contract or agreement, the most we will pay on behalf of the Additional Insured is the amount of insurance: 1. required by the contract or agreement; or 2. available under the applicable Limits of Insurance shown in the Declarations; whichever is less. This endorsement shall not increase the applicable Limits of Insurance shown in the Declarations.
