Sport & Fitness, Inc. prides itself on service after the point of sale and while same day service calls are a common place, response times are always completed within 48 hours. Sport & Fitness, Inc. represents a number of fitness equipment lines that are ideal for all markets which include Star Trac Fitness, Stair Master, Free Motion Fitness, Paramount Fitness, and Spirit Fitness along with many accessories and dumbbell/plate weight manufacturers. We also are a distributor of Global Lift Corporation a provider of ADA compliant pool lifts. In addition, after the point of sale, we provide installation, preventative maintenance, and warranty repair services as needed. This ensures that the equipment will be available to your users when needed. Additionally, Sport & Fitness is the primary installer and service provider for Star Trac/Stairmaster for the State of Colorado and Wyoming. Key installations include Greenwood Athletic Club, Boulder Valley YMCA, and Fort Carson Army Base, Colorado Springs. Sport & Fitness, Inc. is also one of 18 primary service providers (PSP) in North America for Core Health and Fitness dba; Star Trac, Stair Master, Schwinn and Nautilus. As a distinguished PSP we are implementing an innovative solution to non-operational equipment with a first time fix (FTF) program. We are the point of contact for warranty service, eliminating time consuming phone calls to the manufacturer, and will arrive on site with every part needed to repair your equipment on the first visit. We feel this will set a new standard in our industry. If a unit is not able to be fixed and may be down for extended period of time we will put a unit in its place until repair is completed. DELIVERY All equipment in this RFP will be delivered prior to the opening of the Foothills Activity Center in the fall of 2015, and set up by technicians that are employed by Sport & Fitness, Inc. WARRANTY. All proposed units will have a three year parts/labor warranty including deck and belt on treadmill and life time on frames. SERVICE SCHEDULE Included in this proposal is a quarterly preventative maintenance package for three years with the following report and services being performed. Preventative Maintenance Report Cardio Equipment: Treadmill’s: (Service preformed: Vacuum Motor compartment, Tension and align running belts, Tension drive belt, Clean deck & belt surface, Check error codes, Insure proper operation) Service Findings: Elliptical’s: (Service preformed: Clean leg/arm surfaces, Inspect wheel and rail area, Lube elevation if applicable, Check error codes, Insure proper operation.) Service Findings: Bikes: (Service preformed: Tighten Peddles, Clean cover surfaces, Check bottom bracket tension, Lubricate seat posts, Check error codes, Insure proper operation.) Service Findings: Steppers/Stepmills (Service preformed: Lube sprocket and chain assembly, Tension fasteners, Check error codes, Insure proper operation.)
