In the RFP Proposal Submittal section there is a requirement that reads: "Provide the size of the study your firm recommends if awarded the agreement. What is the percentage of studies in each segment that will be completed?" This question is in 'Scope of Services' section. Can you please share your thoughts on what this question is asking of me? A1. The question refers to how large of a study the firm plans to do, i.e. will they contact every business or pick one from each segment identified? If they plan to use X number of research methods for reaching out to customers, i.e. focus groups, phone interviews, Experian data, etc. Will all those methods be applied to each segment?
