The City of Fort Collins Purchasing Division would like to thank you for your written response to
our Request for Proposal (RFP) 7680, Executive Search Services.
Proposals were received from the following five (5) firms:
Avery Associates
Novak Consulting Group
Ralph Anderson & Associates
Slavin Management Consultants
Waters & Company
The written proposals are under review by the assessment committee which includes members
of the City Council. The scoring of the written assessments will be completed by September
151h. Depending on the outcome of the written assessment scoring, we are planning to
interview the top three (3) ranked firms on September 16`h.
Therefore, we ask you to reserve the afternoon of September 16'h between 12:30 PM and 4:30
PM for a potential interview. In the event you are selected for an interview, you will have 20
minutes for a formal presentation in response to the Request for Proposal and then there will be
a question and answer period of 40 minutes.
We will contact you the afternoon of September 15ih in the event your firm is selected for an
interview to be conducted on September 161h. We apologize in advance for the short notification
period and appreciate your flexibility.
