Once the site has been approved, RB+B will present up to 2 design options. Schematic Design will include a plan and elevations indicating materials and size of building to meet the program requirements. This phase will also include preliminary opinion of probable construction cost. Acceptance G� User Service Provider agrees to perform the services identified above and on the attached forms in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein and in the Services Agreement between the parties. In the event of a conflict between or ambiguity in the terms of the Services Agreement and this work order (including the attached forms) the Services Agreement shall control. (970) 484-0117 Architecture Planning Interior Design Bf RB January 9, 2015 Jill Wuertz Project Manager Life Cycle Coordinator City of Fort Collins Thank you for the opportunity to present a proposal for Master Plan and Schematic Design services for a new restroom and storage building to replace the existing aging and non -accessible restroom and storage building at the horseshoe court area of Edora Park. RB+B will research the existing restroom building location and provide master plan services to properly site the replacement building, keeping in mind that the current and surrounding location is within and adjacent to a floodplain area. As part of the Master Plan process, RB+B will develop a schematic concept (Schematic Design) in order to match the program needs as outlined in the recent site meeting, correspondence and budget requirements and to further inform the location of the . Scope of Services: Master Plan and Schematic Design: Utilizing existing base drawings, field notes and meeting minutes, RB+B will research and present up to 2 site location options. Once the site has been approved, RB+B will present up to 2 design options. (Electrical) $420.00 Farnsworth Group IHVAC, Plumbing) $500.00 Total $10,420.00 Services Not Included: This fee proposal does not include the following items, but can be added as required. 1. A current topographic site survey will be required and will be provided by Owner or contracted through a Civil Engineer once engaged. Surveying is not included in this proposal. 2. Civil Engineering including Sanitary Sewer, water, storm sewer and site electrical (power) is not included in this 3. Floodplain planning or submittals are not included in this proposal. If floodplain planning and design is required, it can be provided through additional services according to the 'As - Needed' contract. 4. Planning and Zoning department submittals and presentation drawings are not included in this proposal. 5. Construction Documents are not included in this proposal. A separate construction documents phase fee will be proposed once the building has been sited and a concept (Schematic Design) has been approved.
