Drafting & Survey Services On -Call.
Scope of Services: See attached Exhibit A
Professional agrees to perform the services
identified above and on the attached forms in
accordance with the terms and conditions
contained herein and in the Professional Services
Agreement between the parties. In the event of a
conflict between or ambiguity in the terms of the
Professional Services Agreement and this work
order (including the attached forms) the
Professional Services Agreement shall control.
The attached forms consisting of Exhibit A,
consisting of four (4) pages are hereby accepted
and incorporated herein, by this reference, and
Notice to Proceed is hereby given.

Subject: Continued Support for the Fort Collins City Dust Control Plan
Dear Ms. Hovey:
AECOM Technical Services, Inc. (AECOM) is pleased to provide this cost estimate to the City of
Fort Collins (the City) to continue providing air quality consulting services for a Dust Control Plan.
Scope of Work
Based on the City's request, AECOM proposes to provide staff to support the following three
activities and project administration:
1) Task 1. Technical Literature Review and Summary
a. Review available information provided by M. Hovey plus conduct additional search
of available literature related to the potential costs to implement the dust control
measures as currently described for the 12 activities in the Draft Dust Control
Manual. Summarize findings in excel spreadsheet with references.
b. Review available information,provided by M. Hovey plus conduct additional
searches of available literature related to local air monitoring data. Summarize
findings in 1-page document with supporting figures and data as available.
2) Task 2. Conduct Peer Review of Community Education and Outreach Materials and
Council's Agenda Item Summary
a. Review FAQ and potential community survey questions prepared by City. Provide
feedback.
b. Review current dust presentation. Provide feedback.
c. Support City staff consolidating feedback received at the initial stakeholder
meeting.
d. Support the development of the Agenda Item Summary.
3) Task 3. Meeting Attendance and Follow-up.
a. Attend 3 community meetings plus Council's first reading of the manual for a total
of 4 meetings. Estimated time for attendance, preparation and follow-up support is
estimated to be 5 hours per meeting.
4) Task 4. Project management
a. Budget maintenance and invoicing is estimated as a percent of total labor hours for
Tasks 1-3.
This document includes proprietary data that shall not be duplicated, used or disclosed outside the City for any purpose other than to evaluate
this document. This restriction does not limit the City's right to use information contained in this document if it is obtained from another source
without restriction.

Cost
AECOM proposes to provide air quality support to the City on a Time and Materials basis, not to
exceed $12,785.00 using the Rate Schedule in Attachment A The work will be conducted in
accordance with AECOM's Professional Service Agreement with the City of Fort Collins RFP #7392
dated 7/12/2012.
