Scope of Services: To provide Architectural. Mechanical, Electrical, Structural services to
design a replacement HVAC system for the existing 1994 building areas. The new design is to be
In line with the City of Fort Collins ordinance for meeting its energy goals of reducing our Green
House Gas (GHG) emissions 20% by the year 2020 and 80% by 2050.
Professional agrees to perform the

Brian,
Thank you for the opportunity to present a proposal for design services for HVAC system upgrades
at the Fort Collins Senior Center
RB+B and Its consultants will provide Architectural, HVAC Engineering, Plumbing Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering and limited Structural Engineering services as
outlined in recent site meetings and correspondence. Upon approval of Schematic Design
documents, RB+B and its consultants will provide Construction Documents for permit and
contractor bidding. Construction Administration services will also be provided.
See the attached proposal from Engineering Consultants for breakdowns of fees and options.
Architectural base fee includes design coordination of all consultants work, project administration,
production and coordination of base drawings, code analysis, and design of miscellaneous
architectural elements including soffits, roof penetrations, acoustic treatment, roof access ladders
and other items as required.
All Fees are not to hourly not to exceed as per the As Needed contract with the City of Fort Collins.
