Dear Jason:
This letter represents our invoice for engineering services provided in support of the referenced project.
These services were provided during the time period ending July 5, 2014. During this time period,
Anderson Consulting Engineers, Inc. (ACE) completed the following work:
• Development of original pothole plan fiigureand coordination efforts with Connell toexcavate
the potholes. A site visit and efforts to collect information from the potholes.
• Development of the Park Site plan and cross sections figures, including the original pothole
locations and information.
• Coordination efforts with Park Planning and Connell to identify and excavate additional
potholes. A site visit and efforts to collect information from the additional potholes.
• Revision to the original Park Site plan and cross section figures to include the additional
pothole information.
• Further revision to the Park Site plan figure to graphically illustrate pothole Information in
form of pothole logs.
• Meetings and additional site visits with Park Planning and Utility staff to discuss and review
pothole Information and fill material options for the Park Site.
• Coordination efforts with Connell to conduct an existing ground survey of the Park Site and
development of a fill gradient figure illustrating the type of fill material that have been placed
on the Park Site to date.
• Development of an existing ground surface based on the survey information collected by
Connell. Fill quanitity calculations on the amount of fill necessary to bring the Park Site up to
proposed grade.
• Additional fill quantity calculations to determine the amount of claystone material that could
be placed on the lower portions of the Park Site to maintain 4-feet of granular material on the
top of the Park Site.
• Development of legal descriptions for the Park Site that were requested by the City and
prepared by King Surveyors, Inc.
