Sincer ly, / *Kat Contracts Assistant, Contracting Services encl. cc: Josie Plant (no encl) Amendment #01 to Institute for the Built Environment Services Agreement This Amendment (Amendment) is entered into by and between The Board of Governors of the Colorado State University for the Benefit of the Institute for the Built Environment (the "University") and the City of Fort Collins, Colorado (the "City"). WHEREAS, the University and City have mutually entered into a Services Agreement for Technical Assistance with Living Wall/Nature in the City dated August H, 2014 (the "Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the City desires to expand the Scope of Services; and WHEREAS, Contractor agrees to extend the Scope of Services; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals and the mutual promises herein contained, the parties agree as follows: 1. Scope of Services. The Scope of Services, Exhibit A is amended to include the following additional tasks, deliverables, and timeline: Design, Content Development and Graphics • Identify scope of content for Design Guidelines in collaboration with Lindsay Ex and the Design Guidelines Subcommittee, and others as appropriate, including topic areas and table of contents. Scope will be defined by involved parties and the team will work to come to a mutually agreed upon set of minimum deliverables. • Develop, manage and be accountable for content development including consistency, accuracy, tone • Create graphic templates utilizing InDesign for delivery of information • Integrate content into templates • Create illustrations and graphics, and source photos that support written content • Coordinate and integrate review comments from Subcommittee General Project Management & Coordination • Manage overall schedule and timeline, schedule meetings and general logistics • Participate in Subcommittee Meetings — anticipated 4 meetings @ 1.5 hour each. • Project coordination meetings with Lindsay Ex — assumes 2 hours per month • Coordinate content development with Liba and Lindsay's class including class participation and possible lectures o Student's primary focus will be on evaluation of the Triple Bottom Line Assessment for predetermined topics Anticipated Timeline — November 2014 to March 2015 • November — Draft set of options and table of Contents • Early December — Design Guidelines Subcommittee to review draft options and table of contents, including prioritization • December through January - Develop content for options, develop preliminary lay out • Late January — Students from Liba and Lindsay's class start Triple Bottom Line assessments • February — Continued student assessments and content development • March — Review and finalize document 5:x F.-Ve /l J/...t 'YL/foo 2. Contract Sum. The City shall pay the University twenty-frae thousand dollars ($35_QW) in consideration of the expanded scope incorporated herein. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
