The scope of work consists of the items described below: • In -field land survey within the graded areas of both sites. • Processing of survey data. • Submittal of data to Anderson Consulting Engineers (ACE) for eventual modeling. We are working with King Surveyors for this project. The field part of the survey has already started. The data should be ready for ACE by the middle of this month. This scope of work does not include any of the modeling effort associated with meeting project LOMR requirements. Coordination efforts are underway to add the McMurry project and possibly the Sterling Pond project to the on -going Risk Map project; the final outcome of these efforts is still not known. In addition, there are other nearby projects that may be combined into one LOMR submittal. Once these uncertainties are clarified, we will prepare a separate proposal to cover that work. Our fee to conduct this scope of work will be on a time and materials basis in accordance with our 2014 contract rates, with an estimated not -to -exceed budget as follows: McMurry Site: $11,510 Sterling Pond: $11,510 Total Both Sites: $23,020 Thanks for your consideration of this request and for the opportunity to continue to assist you on these projects. If you have any questions or concerns, please call me at (303) 477-0660. Sincerely, Claudia Browne, Project Manager
