conflict between or ambiguity In the terms of the

SCOPE OF WORK
A. Communications Plan, Phase 1 — Badge Program Messaging:
Phase 1 of your communications plan answers °how to explain" the new
badge recognition system/program, creating a foundation and framework of
messaging and content to explain the program moving forward.
A -Train's expert marketing team will provide a brainstorming consultation with
you and your team to help identify and message the defining values and
characteristics of your program brand, what makes it unique, the key
motivators of your target audiences, how you fulfill their motivators, and how
you are positioned in your marketplace.
We will then develop clear, concise, effective and consistent messaging for
your new badge recognition system that Includes:
Brand Definition: a 3-6 sentence description that captures the essence of
the program and explains the details to current and potential partners; ideal
for a website home/about page, program fliers, etc.
Program and Badge/Level Names*: when undertaken first, .the messaging
process can be a great first step to creating program and/or product names.
Flier Content: expanding on your Brand Definition, we will provide content
for an initial flier that further explains the program, promotes it, and answers
anticipated questions
* IMPORTANT NOTE:
Due to budget constraints, this messaging program estimate includes
brainstorming a short list of names and up to two rounds of refinement; it
does NOT include availability and conflict research or assistance with
establishing your program as a registered "trade name."
B. Phase 1 Graphic Design: Badge Program Graphics
We will create graphics that will act as the brand identity and badges for the
new badge program, including:
• Consulting and suggestions on creating individual badge graphics that will
also come together to create a larger unified program graphic
• Revisions as needed to finalize badge graphics (note: estimated pricing is
based on initial round of concepts and 2 rounds of revisions)
• Provide final badge graphics in all standard electronic formats: EPS, JPG,
PNG, Al, etc.
• Translate graphic into window clings, electronic format graphics, posters, and
flier (using content created in messaging task on previous page); printing not
included / TBD

All rates are estimated based on A -Train Marketing's non-profit hourly rate of $95 per
hour.
