Determine construction proceWdrawings as well estimated budget. Provide Design Services through Construction Documents. Construction Administration Services are not inluded in this Work Order and will be added Scope of Services: as additional services at time of construction. Acceptance Service Provider agrees to perform the services identified above and on the attached forms in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein and in the Services Agreement between the parties. In the event of a conflict between or ambiguity in the terms of the Services Agreement and this work order (including the attached forms) the Services Agreement shall control. As discussed at our recent meeting, the basic scope and intent of the project is to provide a design solution for remodel and addition that will increase office area and allow for more efficient storage of park maintenance equipment. RB+B will research the existing building spaces and desired program and develop a schematic concept in order to match needs as outlined in the meeting and budget requirements. Upon approval of the Schematic Design documents, RB+B and its consultants will provide Construction Documents for permit and contractor bidding. Construction Administration services will also be provided. This fee proposal does not include alteration to the existing restroom portion of the building. However, a code analysis will be performed to verify that the existing facility meets current accessibility requirements. All work performed will conform to the requirements of the 'As needed' design contract with the City of Fort Collins. Scope of Services: Schematic Design: Utilizing existing base drawings, field notes and meeting minutes, RB+B will research and present up to 2 design options. Once approved, the design and drawings will provide the basis for Construction Documents. This phase will also include preliminary opinion of probable construction cost. Fee Breakdown: Schematic Design, Hourly Not To Exceed" RB+B Architects: $2,500.00 Larsen Structural Design $500.00 APS, Inc. (Electrical) $700.00 Farnsworth Group (HVAC, Plumbing) $1000.00 Total $4,700.00 Construction Documents: Provide a set of drawings for competitive bid, permit and construction. After approval of the Schematic Design concept, RB+B will utilized the established drawings from the Schematic Design Phase. Project Specifications will be provided within the drawing package. A separate project manual is not included in this proposal. Fee Breakdown: Construction Documents, Hourly Not To Exceed" RB+B Architects: $5,000.00 Larsen Structural Design $1,500.00 APS, Inc. (Electrical) $1,000.00 Farnsworth Group IHVAC, Plumbing) $4,200.00 Total $11,700.00 Construction Administration: Provide basic construction administration services to ensure contractor adherence to the Contract Documents.
