Telling the story behind what you do and how you do it needs to be done in a way that resonates with the citizens of Fort Collins and encourages them to take individual responsibility for indoor air quality. Thanks for the opportunity to provide this estimate. Recommendations We recommend the following action items, which will enable us to address the core objectives for your new brand identity, as well as establish a strategic foundation, informed from a branding + design perspective, that can be leveraged and extended into a variety of marketing and sales communications. We'll work with you to develop branding and marketing materials that will help HSH deliver your message in a compelling and effective way. 1. [Position] HSH in a way that gets to the essence of who you are and what makes you different to potential clients, partners and volunteers 2. [Brand] your unique position with an overall new look and feel that you can apply to other materials 3. [Implement] a compelling new brand identity that will articulate your value proposition to potential clients, partners and volunteers Our work should be judged by how it: • Establishes branding and marketing criteria and thinks through the conceptual integration of all branding efforts • Conveys your core beliefs and values in a way that is meaningful to potential clients, partners and volunteers • Speaks directly to the residents of Fort Collins with an emphasis on families that have children with asthma, the elderly and vulnerable populations • Serves as a springboard for all future marketing efforts Process Review all background information provided by HSH Conduct two two-hour planning sessions with the Healthy Sustainable Homes Program Coordinator & Supervisor — two weeks after contract signed Determine messaging — using existing materials and draft products from prior efforts (to be provided by city staff) and new ideas. It is assumed you will select one of the proposed solutions that can be modified through two rounds of review (revised and final) leading to the executed production finals. If additional rounds of revisions are required, additional changes will be billed at an hourly rate determined by type of work and agency rates. NO�:�I1 0 Planning, Project Management and Meetings $2,000 To include two two-hour planning sessions with HSH and all subsequent project management and meetings as needed. Logo Design: $2,000 A strong logo accurately reflects your organization's culture and values, and translates across multiple media formats. The logo design process begins with the Toolbox Creative team brainstorming, sketching and executing the best ideas as black and white logo concepts. You receive three to five logo concepts to review and give us your feedback. The logo is refined and a final black and white logo is created. The creative team applies several options for logo color schemes. The colors in your logo will reflect your brand, cultures and work to attract your core audience. You provide feedback, and the final color logo files are produced in EPS, JPG, PNG, PDF and GIF formats. Brand Development $3,000 Based on previous work and additional planning sessions, we'll develop an overall look and feel with brand imagery and high level messaging that you can apply to current and future materials. Brochure Design $2,000 We'll employ the brand identity and high level messaging we develop to create a new brochure for HSH. Total Engagement: $10,000 Schedule: At Toolbox Creative, we've built our reputation on doing great work quickly and efficiently. We dive in head first, ask great questions, conduct immersive research and blend the results with years of experience and the right amount of funk to create compelling marketing pieces that move the needle and help our clients tell their story. We're prototypers. No paralysis by analysis here! We're built to hit the market quickly and we're agile enough to make mid -course corrections as needed. Two two-hour planning sessions will be conducted with the Healthy Sustainable Homes Program coordinator and supervisor two weeks after contract signed. All deliverables will be completed by February 28, 2015. Revisions: We do everything we can to prevent "infinite revisions syndrome;' so here's how it works: we create an initial design or copy draft and we go through three total rounds of revisions. That should be more than enough to nail down what you want. After that, we charge for each round of revisions, working closely with you to ensure we have a full understanding of the requested alterations, keep the number of revisions low and stay on budget and on schedule. ©2014 Toolbox Creative, Inc. All rights reserved. 325 Cherry Street No. 104 Fort Collins, CO 80521 970.493.5755 tomPtool boxcreative.com Assumptions and Additions: Toolbox Creative assumes that the HSH will help support the above plan in the following ways: • The HSH team will provide consistent feedback to Toolbox Creative, specific to goals and objectives • Prompt ability to answer questions (email, text, cell) • Support/follow strategy to maximize results as outlined in the plan • Share results, quotes, testimonials, etc. with Toolbox Creative • Share analytics: from website, social media, etc. Toolbox Creative will need access to statistics and feedback from you to make sure our efforts are a success! Terms and Conditions: 50% payment at project start, by phase, and Net 30 Days upon completion of individual projects.
