during the moratorium period except for emergency without prior written
notice to Wagner Equipment Co., and that any hours accumulated on the
service meter during the moratorium period will be paid for at 1/176 of the
monthly rental rate in addition to the moratorium fee:'Paymdht for excess
hours since delivery (based on service meter reading above) will be paid
for on receipt of invoice.
