Project File Architect: Belford Watkins Engineer Purchasing TE: ��1 Z Resolution 14-15 Authorizing the Fire Chief to Amend a Contract with Belford -Watkins Architects Involving Expenditure Over $75,000 Whereas, the unanticipated relocation of Station 8 in Timnath to the Riverbend Subdivision has caused a need to modify the station design to fit the change in lot size, and Whereas, the cost of modifying the Station 8 design is $151,W, and Whereas, sufficient funds are available and appropriated within the Station 8 Capital Project; however, the Station 8 design cost of $151,944 is above the Fire Chiefs spending limit of $75,000. Now Therefore, the Poudre Fire Authority Board of Directors authorizes the Fire Chief to amend the contract with Belford -Watkins Architects, including the $151,944 expense to modify Station 8 design to fit the Riverbend Subdivision lot.
