HomeMy WebLinkAboutMONGO MARKETING+MEDIA INC - CONTRACT - AGREEMENT MISC - MONGO MARKETING+MEDIA INCAmendment #01 to Professional Services Agreement between The City of Fort Collins and Mogo Marketing+Media, Inc. This Amendment (Amendment) is entered into by and between Mogo Marketing+Media, Inc. and (the “Professional”) and the City of Fort Collins, Colorado (the “City”). WHEREAS, Professional and the City have mutually entered into a Professional Services Agreement dated June 24, 2014 (the “Agreement”); and WHEREAS, the City desire to extend the term of the Agreement and add a new Scope of Services; and WHEREAS, Professional agrees to extend the Agreement term and perform additional work; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals and the mutual promises herein contained, the parties agree as follows: 1. Contract Period. The Agreement shall be renewed for one (1) additional year for the period September 2, 2014 until September 1, 2015. 2. The Work Schedule. A new Exhibit “A”, Scope of Services is added per the attached document consisting of six (6) pages. 3. Compensation. The City agrees to pay Professional a fixed fee not to exceed Five Thousand Eight Hundred ($5,800). Payment shall be made by the City by October 31, 2014. The Professional shall submit an invoice for payment. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
