Can we get volumes (understanding this is new service the volumes are your best estimate) for a service day with anticipated break down in denomination of coin and currency? A best guess per TVM would be a bill count of 1,000 bills and a minimum coin count as coins would have been used to make change. 2. Will coin hoppers and bill vaults require resetting? Yes, although the term resetting may vary. There is a service keypad inside each TVM, once accessed, you key in different tasks that are about to be performed such as removing/replacing cash or coin vaults. All vaults are tracked electronically. 3. If resetting is required, how long is the resting process for each component? We anticipate approximate total service time is 10 minutes per TVM. 4. If required, will resetting a station be provided? We recommend two stations, one for backup. As we understand it, “re-setting” is unique to each TVM. 5. How often will coin magazines need to be replaced on each TVM? Hopefully not too often – the magazines are filled automatically from the coin hoppers. 6. What’s the amount required to fill coin magazines? Please provide breakdown in coin denomination. Coin Magazines hold approximately 125 coins each (Dollars, Quarters, Nickels and Dimes). 7. What is the amount required to fill coin hoppers? Coin Hoppers each hold up to 1,250 coins, but 1,000 coins max is recommended. 8. What is the maximum note capacity on bill vaults? 2,000 bills. 9. Will TVM’s provide “audit” reports detailing dollar amounts on each unit pulled, Bill Vaults, Coin Vaults, and other units? Yes.
