Full Closure of Trilby Road (as shown in plans) will be
allowed for 15 consecutive days - Refer to section 01010 for details.
Detour route is schematic for bidding purposes only
Traffic Control for the project will be paid for Lump
Sum and will include all costs for all traffic control
associated with the project for the full duration of the
project.

Colorado Stormwater Discharge Permit – Permit by City and reassigned to
Contractor at Notice to Proceed.
Erosion Control for the project will be paid for Lump Sum. It will include any and
all costs for erosion control, maintenance, adjustments and compliance associated
with the project for the full duration of the project.
The following permits are required, but may not be all inclusive:
R.O.W. Use Permit (from City of Fort Collins) – Acquired by the OWNER
Colorado Stormwater Discharge Permit – Acquired by the CONTRACTOR,
City of Fort Collins Flood Plain Use Permit – Acquired by the OWNER
C.O.E. Nationwide Permit – Acquired by the OWNER
Contractor is responsible for all permits required for this Work and
the expected times required to obtain permits.
