EXHIBIT 1 – QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. Can we submit the redlined Sample Services Agreement electronically by June 3,
2014 at 3:00? Yes, the redlined agreement can be submitted electronically to
pjohnson@fcgov.com .
2. May we submit the entire set of bid documents electronically? No, the bid
documents (Bid schedule and statement of bidder’s qualifications form) must be sent
in hard copy format to arrive as stated on the first page of the bid document. Only
the redlined Sample Services Agreement may be sent in electronically. If you are
submitting your own set of terms and conditions or agreement, it should be sent in
with the hard copy documents.
